Channel manager
One inventory, sent to every channel.
When availability, a rate or a restriction changes in the PMS, the update is queued for your connected channels automatically. Channel reservations come back into the PMS as real bookings, mapped to your room types and rate plans.
Outbound
Changes go out without anyone pressing “sync”.
Automatic updates
Every change to availability, rates or restrictions queues an update. Queued updates are sent every minute.Failures that are visible
Failed updates are classified and retried. Updates that keep failing are flagged as needing attention, with retry and resolve controls.Preview and full resync
Preview exactly what will be sent, or push a complete resync after changing mappings.
Inbound
Channel bookings become PMS bookings.
Reservation import
New bookings, modifications and cancellations are pulled every five minutes, or on demand. Each channel booking is imported once.Room and rate mapping
Map channel room types and rate plans to yours. Bookings for unmapped rooms wait in a “needs attention” list instead of disappearing.Connection health
See when each connection last synced and whether anything is waiting.
Connections
How channels connect.
Channex partner connection
Availability, rates and restrictions are pushed and reservations pulled through Channex. Requires a Channex account; each OTA connection (Booking.com, Expedia and others) is activated through Channex’s own certification and onboarding process.iCal calendars
Import bookings from Airbnb, VRBO and other iCal calendars, and publish a secure iCal feed per room type. iCal carries dates only — not rates or restrictions.
Good to know
Data Accommodation does not connect to OTAs directly. OTA connectivity runs through a channel-manager partner and depends on that partner’s account, certification and the OTA’s activation.
