For resorts
For resorts with many places to spend and many teams to coordinate.
A resort guest may eat in two restaurants, book the spa, join an activity and host a dinner in one stay. Every outlet charges to the same folio, and every team works from the same room and guest information.
What changes
The everyday problems, and how they are handled.
- 01
Several outlets, one guest bill
Restaurants, bars, spa, activities, minibar and room service each have their own menu and invoice series, and all can charge to the guest’s room.
Restaurant POS - 02
Weddings, groups and conferences
Group blocks with pick-up and release dates, and event bookings with venues, packages, quotations and their own folio.
Events & groups - 03
Stores spread across the property
Stock by location with transfers between stores, kitchens and bars; recipes deduct ingredients as dishes are sold.
Inventory - 04
Keeping large grounds and equipment running
Preventive maintenance schedules create their own tickets, and the asset register keeps each item’s service history.

Where to start
The Business plan is the usual fit.
Business allows up to 12 outlets and 400 rooms and includes events and the channel manager. Larger or multi-site resorts move to Enterprise.
