Every integration below is implemented in the product today. Where a provider needs your own merchant account, partner account or credentials, we say so — the connection is live once those are in place.

Payments

Online payments, verified before a booking is confirmed.

Guests pay on the provider’s own hosted page or QR code. Data Accommodation verifies each payment with the provider server-side — amount, currency and reference — and refuses replayed confirmations. Card details never reach our servers.

    eSewa ePay v2 hosted checkout in Nepalese rupees, verified through eSewa’s status API.

  • Khalti

    Your merchant account

    Khalti payment gateway (KPG-2) hosted checkout in Nepalese rupees, verified server-side.

  • Fonepay

    Your merchant account

    Fonepay dynamic QR payments in Nepalese rupees, verified server-side.

  • Stripe

    Stripe Checkout for international cards in any supported currency, with signed webhook confirmation.

Distribution

Channels and calendars.

Availability, rates and restrictions flow out automatically; channel reservations come back in as PMS bookings.

  • Channex

    Partner account

    Channel-manager partner connection: pushes availability, rates and restrictions and pulls reservations. Individual OTAs such as Booking.com and Expedia are activated through Channex’s own certification and onboarding.

  • iCal

    Built in

    Import bookings from Airbnb, VRBO and other iCal calendars, and publish a secure iCal feed per room type. Dates only — iCal does not carry rates.

Tax & finance

Tax authorities and accounting.

Fiscal reporting runs in the background and never holds up the front desk.

  • Nepal IRD CBMS

    Your credentials

    Invoices and credit notes are sent to the Inland Revenue Department’s Central Billing Monitoring System with Bikram Sambat dates, retried with backoff, with a sync status on every invoice.

  • Nepal Rastra Bank rates

    Built in

    Exchange rates from Nepal Rastra Bank for foreign-currency payments, or a rate entered at the time of payment.

  • Accounting export

    Built in

    Journal export of revenue, tax, service charge, payments, receivables, payables and expenses for import into your accounting system.

Everything the web application does goes through the same public API, so your systems can do it too.

    Versioned REST API at /api/v1 with OpenAPI documentation and API keys scoped to permissions and, optionally, one property.

  • Webhooks

    Built in

    HMAC-SHA256 signed webhooks for reservation, guest, folio, payment, POS, housekeeping, inventory and channel events, with retries and a delivery log.

  • Data import and export

    Built in

    CSV import with preview and validation for rooms, guests, reservations, rates, inventory and products; exports as CSV, Excel or JSON.

Not connected today

Data Accommodation does not connect directly to OTAs (only through the Channex partner connection), door-lock systems, card-present payment terminals, receipt or kitchen printers, WhatsApp, or accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks or Xero (a journal export is provided instead). If one of these matters to you, tell us.
