Questions
Before you choose.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of the Professional plan. No card is needed to start. Set up your own rooms, rates and outlets and use the system for real; choose a plan before the trial ends.
- What happens if a subscription lapses?
- Your data is never deleted because a payment is late. The account becomes read-only, and you can still view and export your records, until the subscription is renewed.
- What counts as an outlet?
- Each point of sale you run through the POS — a restaurant, bar, café, room service, spa or banquet operation. Starter has no outlets because the POS is not part of that plan.
- Do prices include tax?
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Taxes may apply depending on where your business is registered.
- Are payment provider and channel fees included?
- No. eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and Stripe charge their own fees under your merchant agreement, and OTA connectivity through Channex is subject to Channex’s own terms and pricing.
- Can we run several properties?
- Starter, Professional and Business cover one property each. Multi-property management — several properties in one organisation with shared reporting — is part of Enterprise.
